As consumer’s and companies receive more and more mail through their letterboxes, the need for creative, informative literature that will grab people’s attention is in greater demand.
Consumers like to feel appreciated and looked after. Sales literature should reflect the brand’s values and tap into these emotions.
Many brochures, leaflets and sales advertisements try to cram in too much information and result in confusing the end user. There needs to be a planned hierarchy of messages and tones, which can be easily navigated and understood.
